Pegasus Astro FlatMaster 150L Wi-Fi
Dimmable LED panel for uniform flat-field frames
The FlatMaster 150L Wi-Fi is a uniform, dimmable white LED panel designed to produce calibration flats for astrophotography and photometry with telescopes up to 6 inches. To fit it to my OTA, I made a custom “hat” from moulded paper and expanded polyurethane sheets so it can sit securely over the end of the telescope. In my setup it is controlled from NINA using the Flat Wizard, allowing flats and dark flats to be sequenced remotely without handling the panel. It can also be controlled over Wi-Fi with Pegasus Astro Unity, either as a 2.4 GHz access point or as a client on an existing network.
